The Ewoks provide another nice counterbalance for the AT-STs. Fans of the films remember the traps these furry, little jerks set for the AT-STs in Return of the Jedi. Logs suspended from tall trees will crash down on the AT-STs if they pass through the wrong areas. Other avenues may be in the path of rolling log traps. Given enough time, the Ewoks can even reset these traps. You’ll actually see this going on during the battle.
