Factornews a mis la main sur la liste des jeux présentés par Infogrames lors de l’E3. Outre Terminator 3, on peut y lire :
- Unreal Tournament 2004 (PC)
- Unreal Assault (PS2)
- Unreal 2 (XBox)
D’autre part, Mark Rein et compagnie ont déclaré que tous les produits relatifs à UT sur PC qui sortiront dans les 18 prochains mois seront compatibles avec UT2003.
En bref, UT2004 ne sera qu’une bête extension, surement stand alone, d’UT2003.
Steven Polge : We’ll be announcing what’s happening next with Unreal Tournament at E3. Don’t worry, any new UT related products shipping in the next 18 months will be compatible with UT2003, and so will serve to extend the life of the platform your mod is built on rather than replacing it.
Mark Rein: If there were going to be a UT2004 it would be fully backward compatible with 2003 so mod makers wouldn’t have to worry about that. But that’s all I can say for now 🙂
