eSport a interviewé Frank Nuccio, l’homme qui s’occupe des tournois CS à la CPL. Voici des petits extraits que j’ai trouvé amusant (je les ai tronqués pour faire court):

eSports: There have been views and opinions given by many in the Cyberathlete community referring to counterstrike as a “newbie game”(…)
FN: From what I’ve seen, the people who are calling Counterstrike a newbie game are people who don’t even play Counterstrike or have only played it for about 30-45 minutes. It takes a long time to learn Counterstrike, and once you get a grasp of the game, [you learn] concepts such as how much money you earn, etc. (…)
eSports: With more and more gamers switching over to Counterstrike every day, will it be feasible for current professional Quake3 players such as wombat and revenant of clan Murder One, with little experience in Counterstrike, to compete at live events and place well(…)
FN: Again, Counterstrike isn’t that hard to pick up, it’s all about aim, brains, and skill, and these great players in Quake3, I’m hearing that they’re picking up Counterstrike very easily and a lot of them like it a lot. I think we’ll see a few suprises event(…)
