Bohemia Interactive tient visiblement à ce que tout le monde achète son dernier DLC : le patch 1.57 pour ArmA II: Operation Arrowhead contient, outre un netcode amélioré et quelques bricoles modifiées, quatre nouvelles missions bonus réservées à ceux qui possèdent le DLC Private Military Company.
