As a developer, which do you think is more important, single-player or multiplayer in first-person shooters? Why?
Hoekstra: This is kind of a tricky question. I think if you’re going to make a game that supports both game types, the emphasis should be on the single-player. Because there are multiplayer-only games now, it is kind of hard for a game to do both and still compete with said multiplayer-only games.
