Cutting The Edge poursuit son interview de Vladimir Nikolaev. Cette fois-ci, ils parlent un peu plus du gameplay de Kreed qui s’annonce comme un sérieux concurent de Doom3 et Quake4:

33. As far as team play goes for multiplayer with medics, engineers, soldiers, etc. will it differ from other multiplayer games like these? Will there be objectives in the game as far as rescuing, blowing up, capturing, and finding stuff goes?

Of course, one of Kreed’s main ideas is to include different missions ranging from group storm of enemy fortifications to capturing/freeing hostages, sabotage and group circle defense using limited resources when outnumbered by the enemy. We will try to make Kreed’s multiplayer by the enemy. We will try to make Kreed’s multiplayer part with team cooperation something totally new. We count on class uniqueness and class cooperation, like in a balanced group with strictly distinct roles, which has all members to achieve goals much easier than a crowd of armed soldiers would. By the way, some kinds of heavy weapons need more than one person to be used.

34. A Kreed demo is set for release this fall correct? Is this a technology demo or a full demo that will show gamers what to expect from the full version of Kreed? What will the demo include?

This demo version will show single levels, two or three kinds of weapons and some enemies with certain intelligence levels. There will be no multiplayer at all.
